David is a P&C actuary with over 20 years of international experience spanning insurance, reinsurance, and consulting across multiple markets. His expertise includes Appointed Actuary services under US GAAP, IFRS 4, and IFRS 17, as well as capital modelling and the design and enhancement of actuarial processes and systems.

In previous roles, David served as the Appointed Actuary for several Caribbean insurers and led actuarial initiatives for Canadian insurers, combining strong technical knowledge with practical project leadership. He is particularly recognized for driving innovation, challenging conventional practices, and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and business value.

David also has extensive project management experience, including serving as the P&C IFRS 17 Process Development Leader for his previous employer, where he led a team in the development and implementation of complex actuarial and reporting processes.
